Toroller is an internet-related blog.

Toroller is one of those blogs you’re wrong about.
When I opened the window, I didn’t give it a chance … but then when I started browsing through the posts, it managed to get my attention.
I think the logo would have looked better on the middle of the screen …
It’s a clean design, but this time by clean I mean empty.
The posts are interesting, but unfortunately, for now, there are only 2 months of blogging there.
We should get to the numbers:
Original content : 5
Popularity: 5
Design: 4
Banners: 9
Age: 1
Information: 5
Toroller has been found GUILTY. If it wasn’t for the age …

Dew Knight is a Mountain Dew addict.

His blog really makes that clear. You can find posts about almost anything there, from Moutain Dew stuff, to computer games, printing, etc.
The blog doesn’t have a great design, but you can at least look at it.
Although it has 3 columns, the posts are easy to read. I disagree with the last.fm widget and those little ugly buttons on the left, but that’s just me.
The posts are well formatted, and usually have pictures or video attached.
I can already say congratulations, but let’s see the numbers:
Original content : 9
Popularity: 5

Age: 4

Yeah, Mountain Dew Knight has been found NOT GUILTY.

UNEASYsilence is a blog about a lot of tech stuff, from gadgets to the latest software.

It’s pretty simple and well arranged. Simple and almost clean design, but a couple of banners on the right that kind’of ruin the clean look.
Technorati smiles saying it’s in the top 5000 blogs (somewhere around the middle), so overall it’s a pretty decent blog.
Well …
Original content : 7

So I guess UNEASYsilence is also NOT GUILTY.

Text is the most important thing in a blog. Text represents content.
A blog needs to have clear, well-formatted text to be a readable weblog, and to get users to read it.
Paragraphs, bolding, adding images, blockquotes, links and writing properly (in a logical order) will usually do the trick.
There are many bloggers that still write and write and write without even placing a big letter after a sentence ends or ever pressing return.
Those will get really low scores from my reviews, because their content is not readable and it SHOULD BE.
So make sure to arrange your text properly on the page.

Signal vs. Noise is a weblog by 37signals about design, business and the internet.

Pretty. The first thing I don’t like is the header region … the logo is way to small and that yellow area is ruining the design. Also, I don’t really like that the author’s name and the date of the post are as big as the post title.
Many posts have pictures of video attached, which is a plus.
It’s not a blog I would read daily, but it is a very readable blog.
Anyway, let’s get to the numbers

Signal vs. Noise is really NOT GUILTY.
